The complete generator set is mounted, as a whole, on a heavy duty fabricated, welded steel skid base frame. The engine and alternator are directly coupled by means of an SAE flange so that there is no possibility of misalignment after prolonged use. The engine flywheel is flexibly coupled to the alternator rotor and full torsional analysis has been carried out to guarantee to no harmful vibration will occur in the assembly. Anti-vibration pads are affixed between engine/alternator feet and the base frame, Thus ensuring complete vibration isolation of the rotating assemblies and enabling the machine to be placed on an uneven surface without any detrimental effects. Integrated GCU control system provides multiple alarm channels to protect engine.

The mobile parts are distributed averagely and a special vibration reducer is set on the front of the engine, so vibration and noise are much lower compared to other diesel engines.
